The scope of work involved the extension of the existing Carhouse building at Inspection Bay No. 1 and removals, upgrades and modifications to various areas and systems of the existing Carhouse building. In addition to the building modifications, replacement of the existing interior rails on Track 21, 22 and 23 was completed along with special track work replacement for the entire North area of the yard including other related exterior work. All work was completed within an active TTC streetcar maintenance facility.
